Remote Access Software Licensing & Management

Jump Technology is core to Bomgar's remote access software and is included in all license offerings. It is a Bomgar feature, not a Bomgar product. While administrators may set limits on the use of Jump Technology, it is possible for each licensed technician to use Jump on an unlimited number of remote systems. Rather than calculating how many systems need support or the potential duration of support calls, support organizations simply need to consider how many support technicians need to be working concurrently.

Management

From the Bomgar Box administrative interface, administrators can decide who in their help desk can gain remote access to unattended systems. These privileges can be configured through group policies or by individual support rep. For more information, see the Jump Technology user guide.
