Integrated SSH, Telnet and Command Shell Support

While many support sessions involve a support representative and an end-user, some common scenarios involve a support representative and an unmanned, display-less network device. Previously, tools like Terminal and Putty allowed for remote shell access to switches, routers and other network devices, but also created security concerns and headaches. By integrating with LDAP, RADIUS and Kerberos, Bomgar solves this issue with its secure remote command-line support.

SSH-Telnet interface

While providing remote support for a user, a support representative may realize the problem is a router or a modem. With Command Shell, the rep can use SSH or Telnet to troubleshoot the device.

Outside of a typical 2-party session, a support representative can use Shell Jump to access a display-less network device while both maintaining the audit trail as well as limiting user access based on authentication.

Similarly, a representative can provide remote support to devices on a locked-down network using Jump Zone Proxy, with centralized auditing and authentication integration.

System Requirements:
Command Shell, Shell Jump and Jump Zone Prozy work on all supported systems, except Smartphones.
