Support technicians can run Bomgar on Windows 2000 - Win 7 machines and support remote customers' systems running Windows 2000 - Win 7.
Bomgar also includes remote access to unattended systems in the core product. This means you can access unattended remote desktops or backend servers running Server 2003 & 2008.
