- Be default, each new remote desktop control session creates a new tab in the rep console
- Technicians can detach each session to create a new window or set each new session to create a new window automatically
- Enter administrative credentials in order to run the remote control session as an administrator, or
- End user can enter credentials for the technician
- Click Transfer icon and select name to transfer a session to another technician
- Share the session with selected technicians
- Chat with other representatives who are in the session
- Download a Bomgar Button to the end user's desktop for one-click session initiation
- Pin a Jump Client to the end user's computer for unattended access by specific technicians or teams
- Disconnect the end user before leaving the session in order to review session notes and other info
- Click the red X at the top right of the toolbar to leave the session
